---HDPE jacket pipe is out case of thermal insulating pipe, which is widely used in central heating, oil, nature gas and other industrial area. 

1. For 24 hours working, it reduces 2-3 workers for each shift.
2. There is much waste pipe and material, no need workers to crush waste  material. 
3.  High-effeciency. Take Dimater 960mm as an example, Output is approximately 60 pcs of 11.6meters pipe, it is much higher output than that of inflating method.  
4. Pipe wall is average and smooth, to reduce waste of raw material, and pipe thickness is adjustable.
5.  No need trim edge, once forming. 

 High-efficiency single screw extruder

Single screw is with barrier & mixing head; new model barrel with slotting (channel), Both make the security of good plasticization, large output and stable performance.

Vacuum Calibration Tank

Vacuum calibration tank is mainly composed of frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, position adjustment device. The vacuum pump exhausts the air from the sealed tank to pressurize the fresh pipe cling to calibrating copper sleeve and to calibrate the outer diameter.  Spray nozzles spray cooling water from all directions on pipe surface to cool down the pipe promptly.

Haul-off Machine

Haul-off machine is mainly composed of driving device, track, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate and foundation bed. Haul-off tracks are driven by AC motor with frequency conversion control to adapt to different extrusion speed.
Automatic length measuring device realizes cutting at a set length.

No-Dust Cutter

It adopts blade punching principle to realize no-dust cutting. It is mainly composed of cutting device, clamping device, structure synchronous movement device and frame.

Discharging Frame

The table surface is made of stainless steel. It adopts pneumatic overturn and discharging automatically.
